Union MSME Narayan Rane virtually inaugurated the only ‘Made in India’ patented Intelligent Tray Retrieval System (iTRS), manufactured and installed by Coimbatore based SJK Innovations at Manohar International airport, MOPA-GOA recently.

 The iTRS machine is one of its kind that gives passengers a seamless global standard travel experience and reduces waiting time during the hand baggage screening at the airport.

Suraj Shantakumar, Managing Director, SJK Innovations Pvt. Ltd., GBS Raju, Chairman- Airports, GMR Group, IP Rao,Dy.Managing Director, GMR Group also present during the inauguration. 

Speaking on the occasion, Union Minister Narayan Rane said “…the ITRS system installed at MOPA today is 'Made in India' by an MSME company and is also "Patented in India". It is a matter of double pride and happiness for us.”

Suraj Shantakumar said that SJK Innovations commenced its Journey to indigenously develop unique products and solutions of Global Standards to add value to India’s modern Airport Eco-System as it got inspired by the Government of India’s Vision for a self-reliant India.
