The Capgemini Engineering - Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College -Innovation Centre in the domain of automotive engineering was inaugurated on recently at Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College, Coimbatore.

 

Capgemini Engineering is one of the world's leading companies in emerging sectors like IoT, Automotive, Medical and Industry 4.0., and it has entered into 4 MoUs with Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College in various sectors - Aerospace, Software Engineering, Industry 4.0 and IoT.

 

Through this initiative, professionals from Capgemini Engineering will be training the students from the disciplines of Mechanical, Electrical, Communication, Aerospace, and Instrumentation to make them industry ready.  

 

As a second phase of this MoU, a Centre of Innovation for the automotive sector was inaugurated in 1500 Sq.Ft at Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College.

 

On this special occasion, Prasad Shetye, Executive Vice President, Rajesh Kosalram, Sanjeev Gupta, Atul Kurani - Vice Presidents of Automotive -Industry 4.0 and IoT verticals from Capgemini Engineering Company participated and addressed the students. 

 

The Managing Trustee of SNR Sons Charitable Trust D. Lakshminarayanaswamy presided over the function. N R.Alamelu, the principal of the college highlighted the scope of collaboration of this Centre.
