As the world is getting more challenging with every passing year, the students and youth of today need to develop the right attitude, knowledge and skill-sets to meet the demands that grow along with it, expressed Upendra Kumar Singh Director, Centre for Artificial Intelligence and Robotics (CAIR), Defence Research Development Organisation, Bangalore at the  34th Graduation day of PSG College of Arts & Science held on Saturday.


L.Gopalakrishnan, Managing Trustee, PSG & Sons Charities, presided over the function. D.Brindha, Prinicipal, PSG CAS welcomed the gathering and presented the annual report of the academic progression. 3650 Graduates received their degrees that also included 55 Doctoral degrees, 889 Post Graduates degrees and 2589 Under Graduate degrees.


Upendra Kumar Singh in his address said .“Youth of today are the architects and leaders of our Nation tomorrow”. He highlighted on the discoveries &inventions of young Indians. He also spoke about Covid Pandemic crisis & Post pandemic opportunities in India and insisted that the students should work with a vision to make India an ‘Aspirational Society’ and emerge as a global economic power in the future. Radhika Ravi, India Head – Campus Hiring WIPRO, the Guest of Honor of the Convocation Ceremony honoured the 117 rank holders in various disciplines with medal and merit certificates.
