Coimbatore Corporation has launched an official android mobile application for Coimbatore citizens to get connected with the City Administration.

Called the Namma Kovai app, it comes loaded with lot of useful features. Coimbatore city folks can use it to submit their grievances/issues faced in their wards along with photos. A dedicated space has been provided for that. It also gives access to contact numbers of all top officials belonging to the corporation including the Corporation Commissioner and the Mayor.

Using it, people can easily find out the location of nearby EB office, post office, police stations, corporation offices in all 5 zones and public toilets. People can also know about the various welfare schemes and the latest press releases from the corporation all at the click of an icon. The app is in developmental phase (Early Access). It will soon be made available for all.

Minister V.Senthil Balaji launched the app along with District Collector Pavankumar and Heads of City Administration.
