Sri Venkateswara College of Computer Application & Management and Sri Venkateswara Institute of Information Technology & Management held their Graduation Day recently.

Commander (Retd) K.Velu, Chairman of the Institutions presided over the Graduation Ceremony while D.K. Karthikeyan, Director, Texas Ventures took part as the Chief Guest and handed over the degree certificates to the graduates and delivered the Graduation Day address.

The Chief Guest in his address to the graduates wanted them to understand the value of knowledge, which he called the bedrock of all human progress. Hence he appealed to them to live a life driven by the value of knowledge.


"Seek it as much as you can and determine how to apply it for your own good, your community, and the global society," he said.


He reminded them that they all will be expected to contribute to the efforts of creating and re-creating solutions and interventions for their immediate community and the wider society at large. So he wished them to work hard, and give whatever they can to the community in the way they can.
