Ms.Sherlina, a student of Sri Ramakrishna Matric Hr.Sec.School, Coimbatore studying 11^th grade bagged the gold medal at the 23rd Junior National level WUSHU Championship, held at KPR College, Arasur recently.

She is frequent medal winner in this sport. She also bagged the Bronze medal at the 19th Sub-Junior National level WUSHU Championship. Sherlina received Rs. 1,50,000 from Tamil Nadu Sports Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin recently during the valedictory ceremony held at Chennai on July 30^th.

Commending her excellent performance, SNR Sons Charitable Trust (the parent body that runs all the educational & medical institutions under the name Sri Ramakrishna Institutions) felicitated her. The Trust’s Managing Trustee, D. Lakshminaryanaswamy, and the school’s Principal R.Saradha congratulated the student.
