Shimmer Designer Studio, Nava India Coimbatore organized ‘To Coimbatore, With Love’, an event to celebrate women leaders who moved to Coimbatore and became an inspiration for many.

The event featured Dr.Asha Rao, Chief of Rao Hospital, Coimbatore; Ranjana Singhal from That’s Y Food; Jayashree Prasad, President, RS Puram Ladies Club; Mini Parischa, Proprietor, Mi & Ka events and . Jasmeet Kaur, Homebaker all shared their journey of coming to Coimbatore and finding success in their fields.

Dr.Asha moved from Karnataka and she was extremely instrumental in the rise and success of Rao Hospital. Ranjana Singhal moved from New Delhi and started the very successful Thats Y Food chain of restaurants. 

Jayashree Prasad, moved to Coimbatore from Bangalore after her wedding into the very prestigious Kota Family. She is the President of the RS Puram Ladies Club and the secratary of the Rotary Club of Coimbatore Smart City.

Jasmeet Kaur, moved from Mumbai to Coimbatore and she is now a successful home-baker.Mini Parischa, proprietor Mi & Ka events moved to Coimbatore from Cochin and fell in love with the spirit of the city.

All these reputed and accomplished women took a walk down the memory lane and narrated their story. They opined that the city of Coimbatore is welcoming and supportive for all who are willing to work hard and make it. The guests enjoyed the event that was organized in collaboration with the ongoing Coimbatore Vilzha 17th Edition.
