Tamil Nadu Agriculture University-Coimbatore announced on Tuesday that it will be conducting a 2-day training program on preparation of Masala products, Spice products and Pickles at the Centre for Post Harvest Technology, Agricultural Engineering College & Research Institute in the varsity on Thursday and Friday ( July 10th and 11th) .

Training will be on preparation of Masala powders(Sambar powder, Curry masala powder, Rasam powder, Chicken 65 masala powder,Paruppu powder), Ready - to - use pastes, Mushroom pickle, Banana flower pickle, Bitter gourd pickle, Brinjal pickle and Onion pickle.

The sessions will be held between 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. on both days. Interested persons are requested to pay Rs. 1,770 inclusive of GST, in person on the first day of training. The training venue is near TNAU’s Gate 7 – the one opposite to Botanical Garden.
