To inaugurate and take part in the Vice Chancellors' Conference convened by Tamil Nadu Governor RN Ravi in The Nilgiris, Indian Vice President Jagdeep Dhankar will visit Coimbatore on April 25th. 

The Vice-President will inaugurate the annual two-day conference of Vice-Chancellors (VCs) of State, Central, and private universities in Tamil Nadu on Apr.25th and he will also interact with students at Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) in Coimbatore on Apr.27th.

He will first reach Coimbatore International Airport at 2.30 p.m. on Apr.25th via a special flight from New Delhi, where he will be greeted by Govenor RN Ravi and higher officials. From there, he will reach Raj Bhavan, Ooty via Air Force Chopper and inaugurate the VCs Conference. 

On 26th he will visit Botanical Garden in Ooty and a few other places in the district and will rest at Raj Bhavan. He will then leave The Nilgiris via Air Force Chopper and reach Coimbatore Airport, from where he will travel to TNAU and interact with students at 10 a.m. After that he will reach Coimbatore International Airport via car and will leave for Delhi via a special flight at 11.30 a.m.
