Young Indians (Yi) Coimbatore Chapter, the youth wing of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Coimbatore Zone organized the 9th edition of X -Factor, a learning conclave featuring some of the accomplished leaders and inspiring talents.

The conclave was organized in Coimbatore city at Merlis Hotel on Saturday.  It had a strong participation from 300 Yi members belonging to Coimbatore and also from Tiruppur, Erode, Salem, Madurai, Dindigul, Kanchipuram, etc.

Neil Kikani, Chapter Chair, Young Indians welcomed the gathering.  Vaishnavi Janani, Chair- Learning, Yi Coimbatore set the context of the program.

The speakers at this learning conclave included Bhaskar Bhat, Former MD, Titan Ltd., Group Captain PB Nair, Fighter Pilot & Indian Astronaut, ISRO; Hormazd Sorabjee, Founder & Editor in Chief, Autocar; Mithilesh Vazalwar, Founder& CEO, Corridor Seven Coffee Roasters; Raul John Aju, AI Prodigy; Vijay Kumar, Co-Founder, India Pride Project; Lieutenant General Ananthanarayanan Arun, Strategy Consultant, Leadership Coach & TedX Speaker. They shared their journey, the challenges in them and inspired the participants. 

"Xfactor is something unique - amidst us are some exceptional people who walked a few extra miles to pursue something excellent and made extraordinary progress in their respective fields. We wanted to bring such people together and make them address the gathering, so that the audience can take home some valuable lessons from them," the organizers said.
