Sri Ramakrishna Dental College & Hospital, Nava India, Coimbatore is organizing a three-day dental awareness initiative called May Dental Carnival to promote oral health awareness among the general public through interactive learning and community engagement.

The three-day event was inaugurated by S. Narendran, Joint Managing Trustee, SNR Sons Charitable Trust on Thursday. Held from May 15 to 17, this carnival features a wide array of programs including, a Dental Exhibition showcasing oral health models and the latest in dental care technology and Oral Health Talks by expert faculty to educate the public on preventive dental care.

Besides this, an interactive games and activities tailored to children and families, delivering dental awareness in a fun and engaging format was also held.

Speaking at the inauguration, the dignitaries emphasized the importance of community-based dental outreach and the vital role that awareness plays in the prevention of oral diseases. The event is open to the public and aims to reach students, parents, and local residents to make them aware about various dental and oral health problems and their methods of prevention and treatments.
