TNAU introduces Scholarship Cell to help students benefit from State, Central Govt. Schemes!

The Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, on Thursday, inaugurated a Scholarship Cell on the varsity campus. It was inaugurated by V. Geethalakshmi, Vice-Chancellor, TNAU.
The aim of the Scholarship Cell is to coordinate all the constituent and affiliated colleges of TNAU with the undergraduate, Diploma and post-graduate scholarships & fellowship-governed activities.
Also, a one-day orientation program titled ‘All about Scholarships’ was conducted for Institute Nodal Officers (INOs), and administrative staff of all constituent and Affiliated Colleges at Anna Auditorium, TNAU.
In her inaugural address, the Vice Chancellor mentioned that various measures are being taken by the university to ensure that no student is deprived of getting the benefit from the government. This Cell is a big step to coordinating all the colleges for smooth functioning of scholarship-related activities.
Principals, Assistant professors, and office staff from 18 constituent and 28 affiliated colleges under Tamil Nadu Agricultural University participated in this orientation program.
