Rayappas, one of Coimbatore's popular Chettinad restaurant brands inaugurated its new branch at Goldwins on Saturday. 

Dr.G.V.Sampath, Chairman, Naruvi Hospitals, Vellore inaugurated the restaurant Mr.Babu, Proprietor, Rayappas and other guests.

Rajashekar, Manager of the restaurant addressed the press and media and said that they have given importance to the flavour of biriyanis, and have create exclusive varieties of biriyanis for customers at this restaurant.They have fused Chettinad recipes with their own concepts and created delicious varieties of side dishes. 

"We have given importance to fish recipes. We have 15 varities of fish dishes. They will be a combination of Kerala and Chettinad style, and be unique," he said.

A wide range of mutton dishes too will be available for customers. Besides this, there will also be special evening combo such as idiyappam-thala kari, idly-thala kari, appam - naatu kozhi kozhambu.
