The book titled "Uyarthani Semmozhi" by popular Tamil orator 'Sinthanai Kavingar' Kavidasan was released today at the V.G.M. Hospital in the city. This book discusses the greatness of Tamil from 30 different perspectives.

It features contributions from 30 Tamil scholars, doctors, and college professors on the specialty of the Tamil language. It was released by Dr. V.G. Mohan Prasad, Chairman of V.G.M. Hospital, in the presence of writer and orator Kavidasan - Director, Roots Group of Companies. 

Dr. Madhura Prasad and Dr. Vamsi Murthy, Directors of Endoscopy; Dr. Suman, Medical Director; Dr. Mithra Prasad, a renowned Liver Specialist at V.G.M. Hospital; V. Rajakumar, Managing Director of Ram Oxygen Company; Poet 'Marudhur' Koteeswaran; Vijayakumar from Tamil Arya Vysya Mahasabha, and many others took part in the book release event.

Speaking about the book, Kavidasan said, "There are 7 classical languages in the world, and Tamil is one of them. Numerous languages have originated from Tamil. There is no other language in the world that speaks of righteousness like it. We have brought the rare treasures mentioned in Tamil literature into this book, he said. "The beauty of Tamil must be taken to the next generation. This book is an effort towards that," he added.

Among the 30 articles in this book, the one titled 'Tamil - A Medical Language' was written by Dr. V.G. Mohan Prasad. Speaking about it, the doctor said that his article discusses the food culture of ancient Tamilians and how they lived without the need for medicine. He has also quoted from many rare texts in this article.
