Global Startup Summit 2025 is underway in Coimbatore under the leadership of Chief Minister MK Stalin.  During this event, Shankar Vanavarayar, President, Kumaraguru Institutions and a senior member of CII Tamil Nadu delivered a special address.

Mr.Vanavarayar welcomed the national and international delegates to Coimbatore. He called this summit a landmark event that embodies the spirit of innovation, vision and enterprise. On behalf of the industry in the state, he expressed his deepest gratitude to the Chief Minister MK Stalin whose leadership, he said, has enabled a climate where govt and entrepreneurship live together.

"Coimbatore is place where naturally startups have thrived for generation. There will be multiple cities in the country have become startup capitals, I would say Coimbatore has been a startup region for generations," he said.

While thanking the Chief Minister for enabling and setting a startup TN hub in Coimbatore,  he also requested the CM to consider granting Guidance TN, Fame TN and other ecosystem to Coimbatore.  Responding to his request on stage, Industries Minister TRB Rajaa signaled that they are happening. Mr.Vanavarayar expressed his gratitude to the Chief Minister and State Government.
