Sri Ramakrishna Institute of Technology (SRIT), an institution run by SNR Sons Charitable Trust- Coimbatore conducted welcomed its 24th batch students and held an orientation program for them.

R.Sundar, Managing Trustee, SNR Sons Charitable Trust presided over the event. Prakash Balakrishnan, Managing Director, Think Tech Solutions took part in the event as Chief Guest, Josephin Chellappa, Senior Manager, Wipro Technologies, Chennai was the Guest of Honor.

David Rathnaraj, Principal, SRIT welcomed the gathering. In  his Presidential Address, R. Sundar appealed the students to dream big, stay curious, embrace challenges, respect others, and lead with integrity as they embark on their higher educational journey.

Prakash Balakrishnan, the Chief Guest emphasized the importance of being SMART - Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Time-bound,  in setting goals. He highlighted that vision, passion, and action lead to success, and reminded students that curiosity is the mother of all innovation.

.Josephin Chellappa, the guest of honor and an alumna of the college, shared her success story, motivating students to pursue their dreams with dedication and perseverance.

As part of the program, rank holders and meritorious students were honoured, and the achievements of students across various fields were recognized. 2 students K.Rubeetha who secured the highest cut-off of 197 and R.Pavusika who has the second highest cut-off of 189  in this batch were honored.
