Skeletal remains of a male elephant found in Boluvampatti forest range limits near Coimbatore. This is the 11th elephant death reported in the Coimbatore Forest Division this year, Wilson Thomas of The Hindu shared via Twitter today.

Recently, The Hindu reported that 9 elephant deaths took place in Coimbatore Forest Division during the period from January to April 11. 4 among this 9 elephant deaths were reported in the Periyanaickenpalayam range and 2of them were unnatural.
