Railways Department shared on Wednesday (22.5.24) that in order to facilitate engineering works that are being carried out for commissioning a new Loop Line at Bomma Samudram railway station, situated next to Katpadi in Katpadi-Chittoor sector, Tirupati - Coimbatore Express train services will be partially cancelled.

Train No.22615 Tirupati - Coimbatore Express of 27.05.2024, 29.05.2024 & 30.05.2024 will be partially cancelled between Tirupati - Katpadi. The train will not run from Tirupati to Katpadi; it will leave from Katpadi and run up to Coimbatore on the above mentioned dates.

The returning train Coimbatore - Tirupati Express (No.22616) of 28.05.2024 & 30.05.2024 will be partially cancelled between Katpadi Tirupati. The train will run from Coimbatore to Katpadi only; it will not run from Katpadi to Tirupati on the above mentioned dates.
