TNAU to conduct training on making value added products based on Mushroom and Moringa

Tamil Nadu Agricultural University is offering a two-day training on making value added products using Mushroom and Moringa.
The training session will be held on April 22nd and 23rd at the university’s Centre for Post Harvest Technology, Agricultural Engineering College and Research Institute (Gate no.07 -opposite gate to Botanical Garden) between 9.00 A.M and 5.00 P.M.
Training will be given on the processing technologies including Moringa powder, Paruppu podi, Sambar podi, Soup mix, Biscuit, Adai mix, Moringa Noodles, Moringa Pickle, Mushroom powder, Soup mix, Mushroom Noodles, Mushroom pickle, Biscuit, Biryani Mix besides details for obtaining License for establishing fruit processing industry.
